Thank you for shopping with Knowhere Attire. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of international dropshipping, we accept returns under the following conditions:

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Your package did not arrive within 30 business days after shipment (subject to verification).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or item selected by customer

  • Items already used or not in original condition

  • Digital products or consumables


2. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


3. Return Process

  • Most of our products are shipped internationally from multiple warehouses.

  • In many cases, returns are not required due to high international return shipping costs.

  • If a return is necessary, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).


4. Refund Process

Refunds may be issued when:

  • The item is confirmed damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The package is confirmed lost in transit

  • Order cancellation is approved before processing

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within:

  • 30 business days (standard destinations)

  • 45 business days (remote countries)

Contact us and we will investigate.
If confirmed lost, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged by customer misuse
