1. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship internationally using reliable global couriers.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–30 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–30 business days

  • Europe: 7–30 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–30 business days

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand: 5–30 business days

  • Middle East: 10–30business days

  • Other countries: 10–50 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping service, location, customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We also offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time—look for banners on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you

  • You can track your order through our Track Order page or via the courier’s website

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on warehouse processing


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to no recipient

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we rely on the courier for successful delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays during transit

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Items marked as “delivered” but not received

However, we will assist you in contacting the courier and opening an investigation.


8. Multiple Items Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to:

  • Availability

  • Warehouse location

  • Weight limits

Each package will have its own tracking number.


9. Pre-Order or Back-Order Items

If you purchase an item labeled Pre-Order or Back-Order:

  • A longer processing time may apply

  • Estimated shipping times will be provided on the product page
